Individualized, play-based occupational therapy with a foundational focus on interoceptive awareness to support sensory processing, regulation, motor skills and movement, feeding, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Parent Consultation (virtual)
Virtual support and guidance for caregivers who need flexible, practical help with sensory needs, feeding, sleep, toileting, and family routines, without committing to weekly therapy.
Whole Family Therapeutic Yoga
Yoga-inspired movement and mindfulness to support body awareness, regulation and emotional wellbeing for the whole family, as well as receiving OT informed strategies to carry with you after a session.

Prenatal Connection & Regulation Sessions
Supporting the transition into motherhood through connection, regulation, and body awareness.Pregnancy is a time of incredible change…physically, emotionally, and energetically. Prenatal Connection & Regulation Sessions offer a nurturing space for expectant mothers to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their relationship with their baby throughout pregnancy.
These individualized sessions support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, body awareness, and intentional connection with your baby in the womb. Through gentle, supportive practices, you will be guided in building a sense of safety within your body, strengthening trust in your intuition, and preparing for the transition into motherhood.
Sessions may include:
Gentle movement and prenatal yoga
Breathwork and mindfulness practices
Meditation and visualization
Craniosacral therapy
Body awareness and relaxation techniques
Emotional support during the transition into motherhood
Practices to support connection and attunement with your baby
Education around nervous system regulation and caregiver well-being

Mama and Baby Connection Sessions (in-person)
Gentle, OT-informed support for bonding, regulation, and development through connection, movement, and sensory experiences.
The early months of parenthood are filled with profound connection, growth, adjustment, and change. Mama & Baby Connection Sessions provide a nurturing space for caregivers and babies to slow down, reconnect, and receive support during this important stage of life.
These individualized sessions honor the caregiver-baby relationship as a whole, recognizing that both baby and caregiver have their own unique needs, experiences, and rhythms. Whether you are adjusting to life with a new baby, seeking support with infant development, navigating feeding or sleep challenges, or simply wanting intentional time to connect with your baby, sessions are designed to meet your family where you are.
Through an OT-informed and holistic approach, sessions blend occupational therapy principles, sensory experiences, gentle movement, mindfulness, body-based practices, and developmental support to help nurture connection, confidence, and nervous system regulation for both caregiver and baby.

Restorative body based sessions for deep healing and reconnection with your body, mind, and spirit. These sessions guide you to notice and communicate your needs, build sensory health and nervous system regulation, reconnect to your intuition, and build a deeper relationship to your body.

Meet Graziana
Your occupational therapist, guide, and member of your support team.
Graziana founded Eighth Sense Wellness with the belief that every individual deserves to be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect. She is passionate about helping children, adults, and families deepen their connection to their bodies, better understand their sensory and emotional experiences, and build trusting relationships with themselves and others.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds wisdom, that every person has their own unique path, and that meaningful growth cannot (and should not) be rushed.
Through a relationship-centered, holistic, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, she helps individuals develop greater self-awareness, regulation, and connection while honoring the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Her goal is to support each person in building a deeper relationship with themselves and feeling empowered to live as their most authentic self.
