Hello, I’m Graziana Zito and welcome to this space.
As an occupational therapist, yoga instructor, and full-time human who has explored many approaches to well-being, both professionally and personally, I’ve come to deeply understand the importance of alignment, intuitive guidance, and connection. I combine my trainings and evidence-based practices with intuitive insight to meet you exactly where you are, while empowering you to do the same for yourself… no matter your age. We all have gifts and strengths within us, and my goal is to help you recognize them, lean into them, and let them guide you toward a meaningful, bountiful life. We all have the innate wisdom within us to live with purpose; the key is learning how to listen to it and let it shine. That’s where compassionate, heart-led, and authentic relationships come into play.
I love supporting the whole family system, including neurodiverse children, teens, adults, and new or expecting parents, offering trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care that honors the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I especially love supporting new and expecting moms, helping them strengthen their bond with their babies from the womb and beyond, as well as learning to build compassion within themselves as they navigate a completely new role, one that brings forth many emotional, physical and spiritual experiences. .
My therapeutic approach is unique in that it doesn’t feel like work. We cultivate a relationship rooted in connection, presence, play, and curiosity, creating a safe space for you to explore and deepen your relationship with yourself. Through our time together, you’ll strengthen your connection to yourself and others, build resilience, and cultivate emotional awareness.
I believe meaningful growth happens through attunement…to ourselves, our bodies, our emotions, and the people around us. Together, we explore the body and nervous system, develop mindful attention, sensory regulation, and interoceptive skills, and discover tools to navigate life in a way that feels safe, playful, and empowering.
