We believe that supporting parents is just as important as supporting children. Emotional regulation and self-care are essential for both you and your child, and we are here to provide guidance and support every step of the way. Whether you’re looking for coping strategies, community resources, or simply a listening ear, you’ll find a wealth of resources tailored to your needs.

Come to our Conscious Caregiver workshops. Check out the events site over at One Wellness to sign up.

Our next workshop:

Date: Thursday Jul 24 2025

From: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Conscious Caregivers is a supportive circle for anyone who holds space—whether you're a parent, teacher, healthcare practitioner, or simply someone others turn to for support. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, early parenthood, or providing care in another role, you belong here.

Rooted in mindfulness, connection, and community, this gathering offers space to recharge through embodied practices and shared wisdom. Together, we’ll explore nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and sustainable self-care—so that nurturing others doesn’t mean losing yourself, but instead deepening your capacity to thrive.

This workshop includes:

An introduction to nervous system regulation and safety in the body

Insight into how children attune to our energy both in the womb and earthside

Tools for grounded co-regulation

Gentle mindful movement

A closing meditation to embody what we’ve explored

What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes you can move in

A yoga mat (optional—mats available at the studio)

Water bottle

A journal or notebook if you'd like to reflect

Aftercare Suggestions:
Take a moment to honor yourself for showing up—this, in itself, is an act of care

Allow time to rest and integrate after the workshop

Hydrate well and nourish yourself with something comforting

Consider a gentle walk, journaling, or connecting with someone supportive

Give yourself space to notice any shifts in how you relate to your body and your caregiving
